Prince William of Wales is the Heir Apparant, the future King of England, commemoratives for his birth and other significant milestones in his life have been produced in limited quantanties and mainly of good quality, in my opinion these will be very collectable in the future.

This bone china mug was issued in 1982 by Crown Staffordshire. The front of the mug has a frame of the British floral emblems with a picture of Prince Charles and Lady Diana with Prince William below in his cot. The back of the mug has the inscription 'To Commemorate the Birth of H.R.H.William of Wales to There Royal Highnesses The Prince and Princess of Wales on the 21st of June 1982.

The footed mug  is 4 1/2" - 120mm tall. It is in excellent condition without any chips, cracks or crazing. The Crown Staffordshire backstamp is on the base.
